La French Co Championship : ARAUSIO Throwdown
Compétition Mixte en team de 3, ouverte à tous, organisée par Orange 84 le weekend du 3/4 Aout 2019. Venez prendre part à un weekend de folie et célébrer le Fitness à nos côtés.
L'objectif est de faire honneur à la méthodologie en respectant les différentes modalités de la pyramide (Conditioning, Gymnastic, Weightlifting) et les différents domaines de travail (Fillières énergétiques).
Soyez préparés à l'inconnu on vous promet de bien tester votre Fitness tout en prenant du fun. Tout sera mis en oeuvre pour que vous puissiez profiter au maximum de votre weekend:
