About This Competition
Kinetic Outdoor Series II: Crown of the North 👑
A two-day individual competition testing well-rounded fitness across gym and athletic environments.
Day 1 – Friday Night Lights
CrossFit-style events using a hopper format, with workouts submitted by local gyms and drawn at random.
Day 2 – Red Track
Athletic-based testing including sprints, carries, running, and engine work.
Divisions: RX & Scaled (Male & Female)

Workouts
AMRAP 10 Minutes
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
15 Dumbbell Bench Press
50m Sandbag Carry
Athletes will move between their bench station and a clearly marked 50m carry loop. Each full round consists of both movements.
Score: Total rounds + reps
RX = 22.5/15kg DBs and 68/36kg sandbags
SX= 15/10kg DBs and 45/31kg sandbags
Day 2 Event #1: 100m Sprint
100m Sprint
Athletes will complete a 100m sprint on the track.
-Run in assigned heats and lanes
-1 Attempt
-Athletes must remain in their lane for the duration of the sprint
-Score: Fastest time
2 Rounds for Time (8 Minute Cap)
400m Run
20 Alternating Hang Dumbbell Snatches
Athletes must complete a full 400m lap before moving to the dumbbell. All snatches are performed from the hang (above the knee).
If the workout is not completed within the time cap, athletes will be scored on total rounds and reps completed.

Time to complete
If not finished: rounds + reps
Tiebreak:
Time at completion of the first round
RX: 22.5/15kg DBs
SX: 15/10kg DBs
For Time (8 Minute Cap)
500m Row
20/15 Calorie Bike (RX) or 15/12 Calorie Bike (Scaled)

Athletes will complete the row and bike work in sequence. Machines will be assigned per heat.
If the workout is not completed within the time cap, athletes will be scored on total work completed.
