The Nashville fit Games Presents : The Gauntlet.
A 2-person team competition. Teams of 2 may represet their local gym/brand for a chance to win The Fittest Gym Cup presented by Clean Eatz Nashville. There is no limit of teams per gym or brand.

600m Run

Stage rules/standards
At the start of 3-2-1 GO, both athletes will begin a 600m run.
Run must be completed with a partner. Each partner to run holding onto assigned rope for the duration of 600m.
After both athletes complete the run they will accumulate 50 dumbbell thrusters. A good rep is initiated with the dumbbells on the shoulders and the athlete squatting with the hip crease below parallel, ending in the athlete pressing out of the squat hitting a lock out at the knees hips and elbows with the arms completely extended over head. A squat clean for the first rep is allowed. Athletes may switch as often as desired until 50 is reached.
Next the athletes will complete 25 synchronized line facing burpees, meeting with chest and thighs on the ground of each rep and jumping with two feet over the designated line. Time for stage 2 is at the completion of the 25th synchro burpee.
GAUNTLET STAGE 2: 10:00-20:00
600m Run

At the start of 3-2-1 GO, both athletes will begin a 600m run.
Run must be completed with a partner. Each partner to run holding onto assigned rope for the duration of 600m. When both partners have completed the run they wiill alternate turns rowing for calories until they complete their division's amount. Athletes may switch as frequently as desired.

Stage rules/standards
At the start of 3-2-1 GO, both athletes will begin a 600m run.
Run must be completed with a partner. Each partner to run holding onto assigned rope for the duration of 600m.
Upon completion of the run athletes will alternate throwing a dball over their shoulder until the rep total equals 30. Then they will ocmplete 30 synchronized box jumps locking out the hips and knees ontop of the box in unison.

Fitness: MM- 100 MF-80 FF-60
Stage rules/standards
At the start of 3-2-1 GO, both athletes will begin a 600m run.
Run must be completed with a partner. Each partner to run holding onto assigned rope for the duration of 600m.
Once the run is completed athletes will alternate turns on the bike until it displays the set number of calories. Final stage time is marked when the athletes complete their set number of calories.
