Workouts
For Time:
Yoke Carry lap
Wheel Barrow Lap
Sled Push Lap
1 lap = approx 180 ft.
The times will be combined for each athlete doing this workout separately, but make 1 cumulative time for a score.
The fastest partner's time will be the tiebreaker in the scenario there is a tie.
