£150 CASH PRIZE for 1st place.
The more sign-ups we get, the more we will put into the prize pot, updating the potential winnings on instagram when we get more teams involved. Regardless, we always have epic prizes such as RAD trainers, LSKD, Icon Nutrition, Blonyx, Tenzing, Foodspring, Inov-8, Adapt tape, Lakes Brew Beers, Fell stash and lots more.

Our priority is programming. We deliver challenging, diverse and different workouts that balance main character moments with strategy & teamwork. There is no final - everyone will compete in FOUR workouts across the day.

There'll be an amazing photographer to capture the action, an epic DJ, street food, a bar & adjoining speciality coffee shop.
We pride ourselves on running a professional, organised comp with the athlete experience at the centre of what we do, whilst making it a great spectator sport too! Good vibes and a great atmosphere guaranteed.
We are family-friendly, including pups, so bring as many cheerleaders as you like. Grab a pizza, a prosecco and enjoy!

Our comps are direct-entry. Whilst these movements are not guarenteed to come up at the comp, here's some standards that may help you decide which category to enter:
SCALED
Banded pull-ups/Ring Rows
Cycling Barbell (35/20)
Heavy WOD Barbell (50/30kg)
Box Step-Ups
Hanging Knee Raises/Weighted Sit-Ups
Kettlebell (16/12kg)
Dumbbell Movements (15/10kg)
Single Unders/Single Under Crossovers
HSPU with a mat and 20kg plate underneath (1 person)
Where there are more challenging gymnastics movements or a heavier barbell, say in the case of an increasing difficulty workout, only one athlete will be required to perform the movement.

Kendal is super accessible by train, bus and car (just off the M6). Due to the vendors and surrounding businesses, we cannot offer on-site parking, but there's plenty of other, affordable options nearby that we recommend in the athlete pack prior to the event. There are plenty of airbnbs and hotels in Kendal, so you can make a weekend of it in the Lake District!

Tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another team and swap athletes out. You cannot change categories once entered.
