  • First athlete back can start on the station.

  • 3k Ski - 1250m Run (All 4 Run)

  • 3k Row - 1250m Run (All 4 Run)

  • 200 Down ups - 1250m Run (All 4 Run)

  • 3k Bike - 1250m Run (All 4 Run)

  • 200 WALL BALLS - 9Kg

Every time there is Break each athlete must perform 10 hand release push ups in sync.

FINAL SCORE = TIME


Workout No 2

The Team Relay !!

  • Athlete 1 : Run 915m - Ski 1K

  • Athlete 2: Run 915m - Row 1k

  • Athlete 3: Run 915m - Burpee Broad Jumps X 100m

  • Athlete 4: Run 915m - Bike 2k

  • Athlete 1 : Run 300m - Ski 500m

  • Athlete 2: Run 300m - Row 500m

  • Athlete 3: Run 300m - Burpee broad Jumps x 50m

  • Athlete 4: Run 300m - Bike 1K

FINAL SCORE = TIME
