About This Competition
Aphobos CrossFit proudly presents The Greater London League.
The Greater London League has finally returned from a 5 year hiatus. Calling all athletes and affiliate owners, a mixed team competition set in the heart of South London. This CrossFit competition is for 4 people (2 male, 2 female) and is open to both Rx and scaled divisions. Each team will be put through their paces in 3 workouts with the top 4 from each division battling it out in a final workout to be crowned champions. It will be a test of your teamwork, strength, capacity and skill.
Rx movement standards:
C&J - 90/70kg
Snatch - 70/50kg
Dumbbells - 2x22.5/15kg
All muscle up variations
Strict HSPU
All pull up variations
Scaled movement standards:
Front squat - 60/40kg
Push press - 50/35kg
Dumbbells - 1x22.5/15kg
Jumping pull ups
Hanging knee raises

10m double KB overhead walking lunge (2x24/2x16kg)
10m handstand walk
7 minute AMRAP

15 synchro hang power snatches (50/35kg)
15 synchro pull ups
-1 minute rest- (partners swap)
7 minute AMRAP
(M2, F2)
15 synchro thrusters (50/35kg)
15 synchro toes-to-bar

400 double unders
Break up as you see fit but all team members must work in a conga style motion

12 minutes to find 8RM deadlift
(combined total weight lifted by all team members)
WORKOUT 3A
8 minutes to find 3RM hang clean
(combined total weight lifted by all team members)
WORKOUT 3B
1 minute rest after PART A into:
8 minutes to find 2RM cluster
