All athletes will compete in same sex & mixed pairs teams.
At least one of your team should be competent with basic gymnastics (pull ups, TTB, DUs). Scaled options will be available on the day if needed.

Workouts
Both athletes will start on the start line. On go….
A1 will sprint out to the marker, touch the line and sprint back to tag their partner
A2 will then complete the same whilst A1 waits underneath the pull up bar in the gym
A2 will run back in to the gym and go straight to the ski erg to begin the workout -
30 ski cals
30 bear hug sandbag squats
20 ski cals
20 sandbag squats
(A2 must not start skiing until A1 is hanging from the bar)
Cals and reps can be split as you choose but every time your partner drops from the bar you must IMMEDIATELY swap stations
Once completed teams will then complete 4 x shuttles TOGETHER.
MAX synchro down ups in remaining time.
On go! Athletes will complete a 50 calorie row shared equally once the calories are complete both athletes will step upto their already loaded barbell and complete 21-15-9 reps of SYNCHRO thrusters ( sync at full extension) and pull ups (pull ups can be shared however or be completed by a single athlete.
ones these reps are complete move back the Rower and complete another 50 calories again (split evenly)
FASTEST TIME WINS !
Starting at 0:00 Athlete 1 has until 01:30 to perform their max clean and jerk. You MUST finish your lift before the clock hits 01:30
on 01:30 they have until 03:00 to complete their max clean (of any kind)
on 03:00 they have until 04:30 to complete their max Deadlift
you may preload your bar & your partner may help you load your bar.
ON 6:00 Athlete 2 will repeat the workout
A simple chipper workout , working up & down the ladder with MAX row cals to finish . Db 15kg plate 15kg skipping choose between double unders or singles
