On June 29th it's going down at The Jersey Shore for the second annual Phoenix Classic.
This CrossFit competition has a division for everyone with RX, Masters 35+ and Scaled.

Workouts
On three two one, go athlete A will complete 50 double-unders and twenty one toes to bar. Athlete B will then complete 75 double unders and 15 chest to bar pull-ups. Athlete C will complete 100 double-unders and 9 bar muscle -ups. this cycle will repeat. If a team does not complete the workout within the time cap, their score will be the number of reps completed.
Scaled: single unders with the following gymnatsics progressions:
Knees to chest, jumping pull-ups, pull-ups
Masters: same as RX
On 3,2,1, GO! Athlete A will pick up the sandbag and hold. Athlete B will complete the prescribed reps of Ski Cals, Burpees over the bar and Cleans for their division.
* if the sandbag is dropped the athlete completing the AMRAP must start from the beginning on the SKi erg*

On 3,2,1, GO Athletes A will begin rowing for calories. Athlete B and C will begin 21 Synchro Dumbell Snatch thrusters, advancing the dumbell after each set. athletes may switch places as desired, but all transitions must take place at the rower. This workout will have two scores the number of calories rowed and the time to complete:
21-15-9 single arm DB thrusters (Left) and 9-15-21 single arm DB thrusters (right)
