About This Competition
The Quad - A test of your teamwork and your fitness.
Limited to 42 teams battling it out over nine workouts, over two days. Challenging but accessible workouts for teams that can be a blended mix of Scaled, Masters and RX athletes. You will all be challenged, and you are guaranteed an absolute blast of a weekend.

Movement standards.
This is your chance to form a team of mixed ability but all with a shared dedication to give it all on the competition floor. We firmly believe that teamwork is the key in competition, so gather up your troops and book your space.
We recommend that you have at least one athlete confident with:
Double Unders
Box Jumps
Chest To Bar
Hand release Press-Ups
Toes To Bar
Burpees
Handstand Press-Ups
We will not be putting Muscle Ups or Handstand walking in the competition.
We will have Zakk Wild on the decks bringing the atmosphere, and an event team who know how to run timely, efficient, safe competitions.
Plus an on-site coffee shop, wood-fired pizza, and a bar to keep the spectators happy!

Team Cost is £250,
£50 deposit to secure your team, with the balance to be settled by April 1st 2022.
In paying a deposit you agree to settle the outstanding balance and accept liability for the full amount.
Sadly no refunds or vouchers will be offered if your plans change. In the event of a government closure the event will be rescheduled and you will be given 14 days to accept a place on the new date - if you cannot make this date, you will be given a voucher for the next available competition. In purchasing this ticket you accept these terms.

One pair working on each section can change as often as they like but cant move on until both Wall Ball and Worm is completed i.e 50/50 must be completed before moving to the 40’s
