About This Competition
Barbells & Bacon is back for its 7th year running!!
Barbells & Bacon is a team competition with 4 members on each team. Teams of 2 Guys & 2 Girls will throw down in 3 workouts throughout the day, testing each strength, stamina, & skill along with strategy & teamwork. This isn't a competition to be missed. Get your team ready!
Registration goes live Nov 15th. There are a limited amount of spots, so don't hit the snooze button & miss out.
First workout is released Nov 21st
Second workout comes out Nov 29th
Third workout comes out Dec 5th

Athlete Parking is located in front of the building, in the back half of the parking lot. (the front must be left open for the retail stores customers)
Refunds can be issued up until 2 weeks prior to the event (1/11)

Male Male Pairs & Female Female Pairs will have 1:45 at each bar to squat the prescribed number of reps. If they are successful, then they will advance to the next bar. There is a :15 transition
Athletes may choose to "go for it" at any bar & complete more than the prescribed number of reps to better their score. However, once they go for it, they will no longer be allowed to advance in the ladder.
