About This Competition
The CS&F Summer Classic is BACK! And better than ever.

This 2-day premier CrossFit competition entails both individual and partner divisions, with CASH PRIZES for the winners.
Each year, we try to implement something NEW to improve athlete experience and provide a diverse fitness test.
Last year, we incorporated the off-site Sawnee Mountain Trail Run, in addition to events at Cumming Strength & Fitness.
THIS YEAR, there will be TWO off-site events . . . including a swim!!
Saturday, June 18th, 2022 Events:
Events 1 & 2 will be located at a local track.
Event 3 will be located at the Cumming Aquatic Center.
*Both locations are less than 10 mins away from Cumming Strength & Fitness.
Sunday, June 19th, 2022 Events:
Events 4-6 will be located at Cumming Strength & Fitness.
CASH PRIZES:
This year, there will be CASH PRIZES for 1st place finishers in every division! Also, as more individuals/teams sign up, the cash prizes will INCREASE. Here's how:
0-40 Total Signups: 100 Cash Prize for all 1st Place Finishers
41-60 Total Signups: 200 Cash Prize for all 1st Place Finishers
61-80 Total Signups: 300 Cash Prize for all 1st Place Finishers
*Total Signups = both individual and team signups combined
**Individuals will get the total amount, and each team will get the total amount to split between partners.
Lastly, on June 19th (Sunday) we will have a Taco Truck on-site for lunch to purchase!!

***Additional Details***
– No refunds. All sales are final.
– Swimming modifications will be allowed (but with a penalty).
– Substitutes are allowed.
– A waiver will need to be submitted before competing.
***Additional Workout Details***
Details regarding the workout RUN ’N’ GUN is as follows:
SA DB Snatch - switch hands every rep
SA DB Hang Clean & Jerks - switch hands every 5 reps
SA DB Thrusters - switch hands every 10 reps (halfway point)
SA DB Devil Press - switch hands every 5 reps (halfway point)
PARTNER DOUBLE ISABEL BIATHLON:
The working partner (who drops the barbell) is the one who performs the 10x10m shuttle runs. Not the resting partner.
SURF ’N’ TURF: You are allowed to use a kick board during the event if you want. (Note: if you want to compete in the competition but want to sit out of the swim event, that is totally acceptable too)
JUMP SHIP – team version: Partners can split the non-synchro movements however they want (no minimum work requirement).
