About This Competition

EOB CrossFit proudly presents: Sink or Swim

One day individual competition with Divisions for men and women.

Athletes will compete in three scheduled workouts plus one Floater.

Divisions include RX, Intermediate, and Scaled.

This will be an indoor/outdoor event.  Events will take place indoors with the floater taking place outdoors.

Dogs are allowed on site but must remain on a leash.

90 Seconds to completed as many repititions of a keg carry as possible.  Athletes will start with the lightest keg.  Once 50' of distance has been traveled, athletes have the option to move to a heavier keg.  If an athlete is unable to lift a keg, they have the option to accumulate more reps of a lighter keg.

25' = 1 repetition
