About This Competition
Welcome to THE 2025 Masters Fitness Championship - Pairs Registration!
The 2025 Masters Fitness Championship will take place October 10-12, 2025 in Fort Wayne, Indiana at the Grand Wayne Convention Center.
The mission of the Masters Fitness Championship is to provide the premier masters competition for athletes, judges, volunteers, and supporters.
Our goal is to provide a top tier experience for athletes and spectators in a fair and competitive environment for functional fitness masters athletes to express and test their fitness against their peers.
In partnership with sponsors, experienced judging and volunteer staff, our first-rate programming allows our organization to give the outlet masters athletes want and need.
New this year is a Pairs Competition. This in-person competition is for individual and masters athletes. Athletes who competed in the Open can partner with another athlete from anywhere in the world. Partners will use their Open scores to qualify.
The top pairs will be invited to compete at the in-person competition hosted by the Masters Fitness Championship in October.

Workouts
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
