About This Competition
Welcome to North Rim's Heartbreaker In-House Competition! All of NRCF is welcome and encouraged to participate!!
WHEN: May 6, 2023
TIME: 9AM Start Time
(8:00 AM Check-In)
DETAILS: Teams of 2
*Male/Male or Female/Female
*Rx & Scaled Division
Athletes will compete in 3 Scored Events
After all teams have completed the 3 events, we will then reshuffle heats badsed on leaderboard standings. The top 5 teams for each division will participate in the final workout.
$40 per Team

April 14: WORKOUT 1 RELEASED
April 21: WORKOUT 2 RELEASED
April 28: WORKOUT 3 RELEASED
April 30: REGISTRATION CLOSES (no exceptions)
May 4th: HEAT TIMES POSTED
REFUND POLICY:
Please note that we will not be issuing any refunds once registered. However, if you can find a substitute team to take your place you are free to do so. If the occasion arises please email shea@northrimcrossfit.com with this information prior to April 30th.
