About This Competition

Welcome to the 2019 Tundra Winter Games!

This year we are excited to host RX, Intermediate and Scaled same sex teams of 3, Teens and RX individual athletes!

This year's competition will be held at the University of North Dakota Hyslop Sports Center on December 14 and 15. 

Registration is open September 9th through November 15. 

Teams of 3 registration is $250/team.
Individual Teens registration is $80.
Individual RX (exhibition Saturday only) $45.

Custom athlete jerseys can be purchased online in our store at the merchandise link to the right.

Division Standards:

RX: 

At least 2 out of 3 athletes can perform the following:
-Ring/Bar Muscle Ups
-Strict Handstand Push Ups
-Handstand Walk 10' Unbroken
-Snatch 185/115# for Reps
-Clean 225/145# for Reps

Intermediate:

At least 2 out of 3 athletes can perform the following:
-Chest to Bar Pull Ups
-Toes to Bar
-Strict Handstand Push Ups to 5" Incline
-Snatch 135/85# for Reps
-Clean 185/115# for Reps

Scaled:

At least 1 out of 3 athletes can perform the following:
-Pull Ups
-Toes to Bar
-Double Unders
-Snatch 95/65# for Reps
-Clean 135/85# for Reps

Teens: Age as of September 25, 2020 to register for your respective division

Refund policy: NO refunds will be given but you may sub out/in any teammates who can no longer compete

14 Devil Press (#50 / #35)

14 DB Box Step Overs (20 inch / 20 inch)

Athlete not working is on berm run. 

Workout begins with athlete A on the berm run while athlete B & C are working through the devil press and dumbbell box step overs. Athletes B & C may share the work but devil press must be completed before moving onto the dumbbell box step overs. If athlete A completes the run before athletes B & C have completed their work athlete A rests. If athletes B & C finish before athlete A returns they rest. The round is complete when one berm run and 14 devil press and 14 dumbbell box step overs are complete. To start the next round athlete B will then head out on the berm run and athlete A & C will work on the devil press and dumbbell box step overs. This pattern will then continue with athlete C going on their berm run in the third round and so on until 6 rounds are complete or the time cap is reached.
