About This Competition
One day, two person team event with same sex teams.
RX, Intermediate, Scaled, & Masters RX (Total combined age of 70+, must be 35+)
We will have cash payouts for all divisions based on total entries for each division!
Four guaranteed workouts, no final.
No refunds - if you cannot compete, you will be responsible to find a sub partner.
STANDARDS:
RX:
Gymnastics: Familiar with all skilled gymnastics including Muscle-Ups and Handstand Pushups.
Other standard movements: Double Unders, Sandbag (150/100#).
Strength: 50/35s# Dumbbell Movements, Thruster and/or Clean and Jerk (115/80#).
MASTERS/INTERMEDIATE:
Gymnastics: Familiar with gymnastics including Muscle Ups and Handstand Pushups for MASTERS and Chest to Bar and Handstand Pushups for INTERMEDIATE.
Other standard movements: Double Unders, Sandbag (100/75#).
Strength: 50/35s Dumbbell Movements, Thruster and/or Clean and Jerk (95/65#).
SCALED:
Gymnastics: Familiar with baseline gymnastics including Hanging Knee Raises and Pull-ups & Wall Walks.
Other standard movements: Single Unders, Sandbag (75/50#).
Strength: 35/25s Dumbbell Movements, Thruster and/or Clean and Jerk (75/55#).
