Workouts

TRILOGY - PART 1 - BIKE MAX


2 hour workout comprising of:

  • 40 min Bike Erg Intervals
  • 10 min Bike Erg max cals (PAIR A) & movement 1 max Push Press @ 30kg (PAIR B)
  • 10 min Bike Erg max cals (PAIR B) & movement 2 max Box Jumps @ 24" (PAIR A)

**BIKE SWITCH**

  • 10 min Assault Bike max cals (PAIR A) & movement 3 max Burpee over Box @ 24" (PAIR B)
  • 10 min Assault Bike max cals (PAIR B) & movement 4 max Back Squat @ 30kg (PAIR A)
  • 40 min Assault Bike Intervals

**HOW THE WORKOUT WILL FLOW**


Bike Erg Intervals: following same athlete order, each will complete 1 min on followed by 3 mins rest for a total of 10 intervals each, then


  • Split into pairs, once pairings are set, they cannot change for the rest of the workout


Pair A remain on the Bike Erg accumulating calories and Pair B move over to the first max movement (Push Press)

After 10 mins, pairings switch

Pair A move to the second movement (Box Jumps) and Pair B move onto the Bike Erg accumulating calories


1/2 way point - switch over to the Assault Bike


Pair A start accumulating calories on the Assault Bike and Pair B move over to the third movement (Burpee over Box)

After 10 mins, pairings switch

Pair A move to the fourth movement (Back Squat) and Pair B move onto the Assault Bike accumulating calories


Team then comes back together for Assault Bike Intervals.

Following same athlete order, each will complete 1 min on followed by 3 mins rest for a total of 10 intervals each.



SCORING

Calories accumulated over both Bike Erg & Assault Bike PLUS

Max reps from the 4 movements
