Join CCMAF CrossFit for the CCMAF Winter Wipeout, an individial CrossFit competition on January 26th! RX and scaled divisions available.


Wipeout timeline *times are subject to change

Athlete check in time: 7:15- 8 AM

Workouts

5 min. AMRAP:

m/f, rx/sc

5 toes to bar/ sit ups

5 box jumps 24/20

Toes to bar: Athlete must jump up to the bar, toes must not be touching the ground. From hanging position athlete must get both toes to touch the bar. Once the athlete finishes the rep, legs must come all the way down to where hips are at full extension and begin reps again. 

Box jumps: from the ground, athlete must jump on the box with both feet together, coming to full knee and hip extension at the top of the box. Athlete may step or jump off the box after rep is completed. 

Sit ups: rep starts with athlete sitting up on the floor, from there the athlete lays back to wear hands touch the ground behind heir head and finishes with athlete sitting up with hands touching the toes and shoulders pass the hips. 





Ages 16-35 and 36 and up (M/F, SC/RX)

For 5 cycles: AMRAP in 3 mins. of:
9 deadlifts 95/65, 135/95
6 hang power cleans 95/65, 135/95
3 shoulder to overheads 95/65,135/95

Deadlifts: bar must start on the ground and deadlifted to full hip and knee extension. Bar must go back down to the ground before starting next rep. After last rep, hang power cleans may be performed and do not have to go back down to the ground.

Hang power cleans: reps must start from above the knee and cleaned to front rack position without catching it in a squat. If the bar is dropped, the bar must be deadlifted to full extension, pause, and then perform reps from above the knee. After last rep, shoulder to overheads may be performed and do not have to go back down to the ground.

Shoulder to overheads: starting in front rack position, bar can be push or split jerked, push pressed or strict pressed. Bar must finish with arms above head at full extension (head through window) hips and knees at full extension with feet together.

Rounds will start where you left off in the round before. 1 min. rest after each 3 mins.





12 RFT: m/f, sc/rx 3 push ups
5 ball slams 30/15
7 burpees
12 min. cap.

Push ups: chest must touch the ground with arms still engaged and finishing the rep arms locked out at the top.
Ball slams: ball may be picked up however athlete would like then lifted above the head and actively slamming the ball. Athlete may pick the ball up in the bounce.
Burpees: starting fully extended, athlete gets down to the ground with chest touching the ground then must stand with hips at full extension and jump with hands clapped above their head. Stepping in and out of the burpee will be accepted





Athletes will have 10 mins. to find a clean to thruster 1RM:
Starting from the ground, bar must be cleaned to front rack. Squat or power clean may be used. If athlete chooses to squat clean, keep in mind you do have to do another squat. Then from front rack position, athlete must squat below parallel, then press bar above head with full arm (head through window), knee and hip extension. Push jerks will be counted as a no rep.
