About This Competition
SUPER SIXES – CROSSFIT PI (BBA SERIES)
Super Sixes is a brand new, all-inclusive functional fitness competition hosted at CrossFit Pi as part of the BBA Series.
Built to remove barriers and get more people involved, this event focuses on simple, effective movements and true team performance.
No gymnastics.
No high-skill requirements.
Just hard work, teamwork, and a great atmosphere.
FORMAT
Teams of 6 athletes will take on a series of workouts designed to test:
• Work capacity
• Strength under fatigue
• Engine
• Team communication and strategy
Each workout is structured to keep all team members involved, with shared work, rotations, and opportunities to play to individual strengths.
WHO IT’S FOR
This event is designed to be accessible to all training backgrounds.
Whether you’re:
• New to competing
• A regular class member
• Or an experienced athlete looking for a fun team day
Super Sixes gives you a chance to compete without the pressure of high-skill movements.

Teams: 3 Males and 3 Females or 6 Females

26.1 Workout
20 Synchro Team Reverse Lunges (6)
10 Synchro Dumbbell Snatches (Sub Team of 3)
10 Synchro Kettlebell Thrusters (Sub Team of 3)
Notes
- Teams work together for the reverse lunges before splitting into two sub teams of three.
- One sub team completes the dumbbell snatches while the other completes the kettlebell thrusters.
- Athletes may not change sub teams during a round but may change between rounds.
- Any athlete may use any weight.

Calories accumulated on the C2 Bike by the opposite half of the team whilst the lifters establish their 1RM Clean.

Notes
- Teams split into two fixed sub teams of three.
- Sub teams may consist of any combination of athletes.
- Within each sub team, two athletes work while one rests (YGIG).
- Athletes may swap at any time within their own sub team.
- Any athlete may use either barbell.
- Only one sub team works at a time.
- Sub Team A completes the full round before Sub Team B begins.
- After each sub team completes a round, 2 × 10m sled pushes must be completed before the next sub team starts.

Notes
- Following the 10 synchro cleans, all equipment must be returned to the floor before being passed over the log.
- Once all equipment is over the log, four athletes must lift and hold all four sandbags within the designated holding area.
- Sandbags may be held in a bear hug, on the shoulder or on the back.
- The sandbags must remain off the floor for the duration of the 100m worm carry.
- The remaining pair completes the worm carry.
- When the worm returns, it must be passed back over the log before the next round begins.
- Teams may change the worm-carrying pair each round.
- Erg monitors will be pre-set to a calorie countdown before the buy-out begins.
- SkiErg and C2 Bike calories may be shared however the team chooses.
Penalty
5 Synchro Sit-ups every time a sandbag touches the floor during the worm carry.
