Workouts

100 Bench Press for Time 

Buy in - 20/15 Cal Bike AND at Switch

Time Cap: 10 min

Athlete 1 will start by completing bike calories and then move to the BP. Athlete 1 will complete as many UNBROKEN presses as possible. Athlete 2 will be on the bike and can start working on the calorie buy-in. Once Athlete 1 breaks the set, Athlete 2 will only move to the BP when the calorie buy-in is completed. Calorie buy-in is repeated for each switch. Team is finished once 100 BP are complete or time runs out. Score is time completed or cap plus any missed BP.

This WOD is a you go, I go style. Athlete 1 must complete a full round of the three movements before Athlete 2 can start the work. Athletes must switch each round.

*One Athlete is in a handstand hold

Time Cap: 9 minutes 

Athlete 1 will start on the rower and Athlete 2 will kick up into a handstand hold. Athlete 1 will row until Athlete 2 breaks the handstand hold. Athletes will switch places and continue until all calories are completed. Athletes can only row while partner is in the handstand hold, any break means the rower stops and they must switch places. Once calories are complete, Athletes move onto the 50 cleans. Clean reps can be split anyway. Score is time or cap plus missed reps.
