About This Competition
Hyrox Experience
A paired competition based on the Hyrox format. Enter as a mixed pair or same sex.
The workout will consist of 8 x 500m runs and all Hyrox stations at full distance and at Hyrox weight. (Eg 1km Ski, Farmer carries at Hyrox weight and full distance)
Prizes for winning pairs in each category.
Open to everyone, A great practise if you are signed up to a Hyrox event or come to get a taster of what to expect if you are thinking of entering a Hyrox event.
All components and times will be recorded and judged.

12-2pm Held at F45 Studio 50/60 Station Road Cambridge.
Pairs will start in waves.
All workout details and wave start times to be released 12 Jan.
F45 Cambridge Station are an approved Hyrox partner gym, All prizes etc will be provided by the Hyrox team.
