Workouts

Both athlete find 1RM push/split jerk from the blocks

Gymnastics:

RX: Chest to Bar
Masters / Scaled: Pull ups

HSPU:
RX / Masters: HSPU
Scaled: Seated DB press 35/25#

Workout flow:

Both athletes will start behind the line. On the buzzer you and your partner will perform the following gymnastics required for your division synchro at 21 reps . Once completed you will move onto the worm where you will complete 21 synchro worm thrusters, the rep counts when both partners go below parallel then the worm is transferred over head. From there you will finish off the 15 and 9 rep scheme . After you complete Fran, you will immediately start Diane. Starting with 21 synchro worm deadlifts then into synchro HSPU on the wall (can be kipping or strict) the synchronization will count when both athletes are locked out. From there you and your teammate will do the 15 and 9 to follow. After completing the last rep both teammates must run to cross the finish line for time to stop.

Event 1: GRACABEL 🏋️‍♂️

Workout Flow:
At the sound of the buzzer, athlete 1 will run to the bar to complete GRACE (30 clean + jerks). Once all 30 clean + jerks have been completed, athlete 1 will run back to tag in athlete 2. Athlete 2 will then proceed to the bar to complete ISABEL (30 snatches). Once all 30 snatches are completed, athlete 2 will run across the line for their total finished time.

Time cap: 8 min

Tie break time will be the time GRACE has been completed and athlete 1 has crossed the line to tag in athlete 2.

At the start of the clock, both athletes will begin behind the line. At the buzzer one athlete must complete 1 rope climb and then you and your partner will ping pong the wall ball to accumulate as many reps as possible in the remaining time of the 1 min interval.

Once the second minute starts, one athlete must run back to the rope and do another rope climb before going back to the wall to complete as many ping pong wall balls as possible in the remaining time of that minute.

This will continue until the team hits 150 wall balls or the time cap of 11 min. Time stops when both athletes cross the finish line.

Rope climbs :

-RX: legless rope climb 15ft (men) / 12ft (women)
-Masters: Regular 15ft rope climb
-Scaled: 2 rope walks

RX/Masters : 30/20#
Scaled: 20|14#
