Workouts
Event 1: Suns out, Guns Out
E2MOM for 6 rounds= 12 minutes total
6 KB Alternating Gorilla Rows
6 DB Push Press
6 Hand release push ups
Ski for cals with remaining time.
Score= Total cals on the ski erg at the end of 6 rounds. Cals will accumulate each round
Movement Standards:
Gorilla Row- Weights must return to the floor after every rep, non working arm must stay fully extended with weight on the floor. Working arm must return to resting position before next rep can be initiated.
Push Press- Full lock out at the top must be achieved
Hand Release push ups- Full leg and arm lockout at the top, chest must hit the floor, hands must release from the floor. (Scaled needs full arm lockout, full leg lockout is not necessary)

Stairway to Heaven
4 min EMOM of deadlifts lowest to highest
4 min MAX bike calories
4 min EMOM db snatch highest to lowest
Participants will spend 1 minute getting as many reps as possible at each given weight according to their competition category. After 4 min they will bike as many calories as possible. On the way back down they will switch to snatches- starting with highest weight, completing as many reps as possible then lowering the weight every minute. Participants cannot move on to the next weight until the minute is complete. They do not have to move the entire minute and may rest as much as possible.
Scoring- 1 point will be given for every rep on the deadlift and the snatch and 1 point will be given for every calorie on the bike. Total points are deadlift + snatches + calories
Movement standard- Deadlift- must come from the floor and reach full hip and knee extension at the top. Bar must be placed back down and not dropped.
Snatch- arm must be fully extended at the top and weight must be over the shoulder. Hips must be fully extended as well. Weight must return to the floor after each rep and be pulled from the floor to count.

Event 3: The Devil Likes to Row
6 minute time cap
Complete:
1000m row- RX
800m- Scaled
Once complet particpants will S/A Devil Press until time is called.
Score is based on the amount of devils press completed at the end of 6 minutes.
Movement Standard: Arm must fully extend at the top of the devils press (lockout)
Chest must hit the ground at the bottom
