AMRAP 2 min
Wallwalk hold
All 4 athletes lie on their stomachs with their legs against the wall. On 3-2-1-go – everyone runs (wallwalk) into a handstand. When all four athletes are in the handstand hold, athlete 1 runs (wallwalk) down and back up. When he/she is back in the handstand hold, athlete 2 runs (wallwalk) down and back up. After athlete 3 does the same, followed by athlete 4.
When all athletes have completed their wallwalk, all athletes walk down together.
If an athlete cannot hold the handstand hold, the WOD is over and the number of reps (1 round = 6 reps) counts.
