SUMMER VIBES 2025 – 3ème ÉDITION 🔥🌊
Après deux éditions incroyables, les Summer Vibes sont de retour pour une 3ème édition encore plus intense ! Une compétition 100% estivale, sous le soleil d’Istres, qui promet des défis uniques et une ambiance de folie.

👥 Format : Team 2 (H/F) – 48 équipes
💰 Tarif : 60€/personne

Prépare-toi à repousser tes limites avec des WODs mêlant force, endurance et stratégie dans un cadre exceptionnel :

RX:
Haltérophilie :
• Snatch : 50/35 kg RM minimum
• Clean : 70/45 kg RM minimum
Gymnastique :
2/2r : Pull-ups, T2B, HSPU kipping (avec abmat)
1/2 : BMU, Handstand Walk, Rope Climb
SCALED:
Haltérophilie
Clean and Jerk : 40/30kg
Snatch : 30/20kg
Gymnastique
