About This Competition
Crossfit Toms River is excited to announce our upcoming CrossFit Competition, Mayhem on Main Street, which will take place on Saturday, October 29, 2016. This will be a team competition with an interesting twist. The teams will be comprised of three people and one person of each sex must be on the team. So this means that a team can be comprised of Male/Male/Female or be Male/Female/Female. There will be two division: a Scaled Division and an RX Division.

Workouts
Male/Female partner deadlift.
One minute of max reps with a 405lbs (scaled 315) deadlift bar.
Max handstand hold for time (The non deadlifting partner)
9 min time cap - One person works at a time - Relay Style (Tie Break Time is time it takes to finish Chest to Bars)
100 Double Unders (Scaled 200 single Unders)
75 Wall Balls (20lb ball...if a male is throwing the ball they throw to 10'', women throw 20lb ball to 9') (scaled....if a male is throwing the ball they throw to 10' target, women throw 14lb ball to 9' target)
50 Chest to Bar Pullups (scaled Pull-Ups)
25 Thrusters (115lbs) (thruster weight remains the same for all RX Teams, all scaled teams will have a thruster bar at 75lbs)
*All team members will be behind the starting line, one person will run onto the WOD floor and start at the top of the chipper, whenever they want to stop, they will run to the starting line and tag in any partner they want. That partner will run out and take over, ect. Only one person per team is allowed on the wod floor at a time. Only one person works at a time. The team can break up the work and reps however they want among their team, just as long as the chipper is done from top to bottom.
6 minute time cap 2 people work, 1 person rests. Snatches and Bar MU are being completed at the same time.

*The T2B/C2B (Scaled:Row) will be done at the same time as the snatches. The resting person can relieve any person on their team whenever they need. No more than two people can be working at the same time. The score is the time both movements are completed. Any remaining movements not finished under the time cap will be added to your score.
6 minute time cap 2 people work, 1 person rests. Snatches and Bar MU are being completed at the same time.

8 minute AMRAP (score is total reps in the 8 minute amrap / girls lift / guys lift) This will be scored as three events. minute 0-4 One female will establish a 1RM Clean.
minute 4-8 One Male will establish a 1 RM Clean.
minute 0-8 Two partners will complete the following:
7 wall walks (Scaled:burpees)
10 Box Jump Overs (24" box) (Scaled:20" box)
*when the clock starts, one female will begin establishing a one rep max clean while the two partners work together on the AMRAP. The AMRAP will be a "one person works at a time" partner workout. The lifting female can not leave the lifting area until her 4 minutes are up. Once the 4 minutes is up, she can join her team doing the AMRAP and the male will then have the remaining 4 minutes to establish a 1 rep max clean while his other two partners finish the AMRAP. The male lifter can not go help his team when he is done lifting.
