About This Competition
COMPETE WITH THE WORLD - WHEREVER YOU ARE!
We have big news for 2024: The CASUAL THROWDOWN is back – the biggest Functional Fitness Online Competition worldwide.
What's special about it: Athletes from all over the world will compete in their home Box or Gym! Join us either in a team of two (female/female, male/male, female/male) or individual.
5 workouts during 2 weekends, which you can easily do in your home box or gym. Based on your skills, you can choose between three divisions: Foundations, Scaled or Rx’d. Our Functional Fitness online event is a great way to compete with like-minded people worldwide!
Keep free the two weekends from January 19th to 21st and from January 26th to 28th! On these dates the Team Edition of CASUAL THROWDOWN takes place!
The workouts will be released each preceding Friday at 8 am (CET). You will have time until the following Monday at 10 am (CET) to complete the workouts and submit your scores and videos. Be sure – this is going to be a blast.
In 2020 and 2021 CASUAL THROWDOWN took place the first two times. These great Functional Fitness online events have been well received around the world. In total, more than 350 teams from over 15 nations took part. The feedback: consistently positive.
This inspired us to relaunch CASUAL THROWDOWN in 2024 – and make it even bigger than before. Our mission is clear: We want to unite participants from every corner of the globe.
Let's continue this together!
