About This Competition

We are delighted to announce the newest location that has been added to the 2022 calendar…. Ireland are you ready for NFG?

 

NFG FitGames Ireland will take place at University College Dublin from April 22nd – 24th.


Why not grab your friends or training partners and head to Dublin for a weekend filled of fitness, fun and lots more!


Limited-edition NFG competitor shirt, swag, and exclusive discounts from our NFG partners available on the day.


This event delivers the complete athlete experience with rest and recovery zones for you to chill after your workout to top DJs and entertainment throughout the day.


This is for the Open and Novo Categories on Sunday 24th of April.

Workouts

Teams to complete as many rounds as possible of the below with athletes working alone & completing the full round before the next team member can start their round:


-       6 x Sandbag GTOS @ M:30kg / F:20kg

-       24m Sandbag Carry

-       24m Shuttle

-       8 x Burpee over the line

-       24m Shuttle

-       24m Sandbag Carry

-       6 x Sandbag GTOS @ M:30kg / F:20kg


SCORE = NUMBER OF ROUNDS COMPLETED IN ALLOCATED TIME

Teams will split into pairs*, with each pair completing 3 Rounds of:


-       500m Row

-       200m Run


*Mixed pairs must split so each pair is mixed


Upon completion of the 3 Rounds each pair must complete a:


-       2,000m Row

PART A – 0-4 min 


2 team members to complete AMRAP of:


-       20 x Synchro Butterfly Sit Ups

-       20 x Plate G2OH M:20kg / F:15kg


Whilst 2 team members complete Max Calories on Assault Bike 


1 MIN REST


PART B – 5-9 min 


2 team members to complete AMRAP of:


-       20 x Synchro Plate Thruster @ M:15kg / F:10kg

-       20 x Burpee to Box @ 20”


Whilst 2 team members complete Max Calories on Assault Bike 


1 MIN REST


PART C – 10-14 min 


2 team members to complete AMRAP of:


-       20 x Synchro SA DB Hang Clean and Press @ M:15 / F:10kg

-       20 x Dual KB Deadlift @ M: 24kg / F:16kg


Whilst 2 team members complete Max Calories on Assault Bike 


Please note: At least one team member has to come off of the Assault Bike for each round.


SCORED AS TWO SEPARATE WORKOUTS:


MM1 = TOTAL NUMBER OF REPS

MM2 = TOTAL CALORIES BURNT ON ASSAULT BIKE
