"Bull's Lungs"

For Time:
18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18
F1 + M1 sync. BB lunges*
Meantime: F2 + M2 DB farmers carry hold

After each round perform:
F1 + M1 30 sync. hops over BB
F2 or M2: 1 DB complex**

* F1 + M1 may only work when F2 + M2 are in farmers carry hold
** DB complex: 4 deadlifts + 4 clean + 4 shoulder to overhead

Athletes must switch each round.

 

TIME CAP: 18 MINUTES

BB: Cattles 25kg/35kg, Bulls 35kg/45kg
DB: Cattles 2x10kg/2x15kg, Bulls 2x15kg/2x22.5kg

"Horn Sit"

For maximal time:
max. L-sit hold on parallets


All team athletes simultaneously hold the L-Sit position on parallets for as long as possible. The time of the first athlete to break the L-Sit position is multiplied by the time of the last athlete to leave the L-Sit position.

"The Long Fight"

100 sync. push presses
100 hand-release burpees over gymnastics box
100 sync. power cleans
100 partner wallballs
100 pull-ups (Cattles) / chest-to-bar pull-ups (Bulls)
100 sync. overhead squats

Perform 30 (Cattles) double unders / 40 (Bulls) unbroken double unders after each movement.

Reps of part A & calories of part B added up

"What is Bullable?"

Part A (8 Minuten)

Female Athletes: establish 1-rep-max clean
Male Athletes: confirms each achieved clean of the female athlete by doing 9 front squats with the same weight.

Each female athlete establishes a 1-rep-max clean. The weight achieved must be confirmed by one male athlete performing 9 front squats with the same weight.

Part B (2 Minuten)

Complete as many reps as possible in 2 MINUTES of:
