Workouts
Both athletes must complete a 3 bar ladder in either snatch or clean and jerk. Each team member must choose one lift.
Complete as many reps as possible in a 30 second window of the final barbell in the same style lift as your ladder.
Chipper
Runs are together, the rest is split between the partners, wod finishes when both partners touch there box.
In 3:30 windows, complete the following rounds for time:
P1:
6 Muscle Ups/ 12 Jumping Muscle Ups
400/300m row
20 wallballs
Rest until 3:30 then

10 Toes to Bar/ 20 Hanging Knee Raises

Your score will be reps completed plus you will earn a rep for every second remaining in your window.
E.g, if you finish round 1 at 3:00, you will gain 30 reps.
The muscle ups and toes to bar are worth 2 reps each and the row is worth 1 rep per 1m.
