About This Competition

Ironclad is same sex 2 person team comp. This is an intermediate level competition for the newbies to step out of their comfort zone and those that have done a few competitions but still scale most workouts. 


Here are some standards to help you decide if this competition is for you and what division you should register for. 


Movement requirements and bottle necks

Rx

Gymnastics:Pull ups, wall walks(open rx standard), T2B

Weightlifting:Recommended minimums 1 RMs

Deadlift: 315/225

Clean: 195/135

Snatch 165/115

Front squat 205/145

Back squat 275/185


Scaled:

Gymnastics: Ring rows, wall walk (open scaled standard), Burpees chest to deck

Weightlifting: Recommended minimum 1 RMs

Deadlift: 225/155

Clean: 145/100

Snatch: 105/70

Front Squat: 155/105

Back squat: 205/145

 

Athletes must be 18 or over at the time of the compitition.

No refunds. 

Team member substitutions may be made up to the day before compitition.
