About the Workouts
The workouts are designed to be inclusive and will not include any complex barbell movements or advanced gymnastics. Every workout will have 2 variations for you to choose from
Advanced (Rx) or Intermediate (Scaled)
Advanced: The perfect fit for athletes who love the thrill of competition and would typically Rx daily workouts
Intermediate: For those who are new to competing, share a common goal of functional fitness, and are working toward mastering their skills
We have a couple of sample workouts on our website that will provide a barometer for what could be expected of Advanced athletes and Open Athletes.
You can switch between Advanced and Intermediate for up to 24 hours before the event kicks off

About the Leaderboard
Every participating Pair will appear on the global leaderboard alongside the National flag of the country you are representing!
- Be sure to complete every workout and enter all of your scores before the deadline! No late score submissions will be accepted.
- You will need to have all scores submitted – putting in a '0' will be recognized as not completing the workout. If you have any technical issues please reach out to us at hello@thebaygames.com
What Happens After That?
We broadcast the final results and confirm the winning pairs on Saturday 27th June at 7pm AEST!!
