We’re back for year 4 of Dreamland Games!
Dreamland Games is a same-sex partner CrossFit competition. This year we will have two divisions, RX & scaled!
RX competitors are expected to have completed/be able to complete open workouts “as prescribed”.
This event is non-refundable.

For Time:
Partner 1 Completes 10-8-6-4 Cleans at Ascending Weights
135/95, 155/105, 185/125, 225/155, with 30 Double Unders Before Each Set of Cleans
6:00-7:00 - Partner 1 Goes for 1RM Clean
*2:00 Rest for Athletes to Reset Barbells and Switch Out*
Clock Resets back to 0-6:00:
Partner 2 Completes Clean Ladder, Same as Partner 1
6:00-7:00 - Partner 2 Goes for 1RM Clean
*2 Scored Event: Score 1 = Total Combined Time for Ladder Completion (Reps Remaining = 1 second per unfinished rep) Score 2 = Total Combined Weight For Partner 1 & 2
*Partner that is not working on ladder may change weights for working athlete
*Athletes may load bar to first 1RM attempt if ladder is complted before 6 minutes
*If the bar is off the ground before time expires, athlete may finish his/her lift

In remaining time, execute max reps of wall ball shots (30#/20#) *scaled: 20/14 to a 10'/9' target
After :30 reset, Partner 2 Completes 15/12 Calorie Echo Bike
In remaining time, execute max reps of toes to bar *scaled: kipping leg raises
Score is the sum of max reps completed
You should choose one partner that will do wall balls, and one partner that will do rig work. You get one shot for your station.

Both partners complete a buy in of 12/9 calorie row at the beginning of each interval, then chip away at:
30 Synchro Goblet Squats (53/35) *scaled: (35/26)
30 Synchro Burpee Box Jump Overs (24"/20") *scaled: burpee box step ups (20")
30 Synchro Alternating DB Snatches (50#/35#) *scaled: 35#/20#
*score is time to complete. each incomplete rep will be added as :01 on top of 8:00 cap
