About This Competition

Fit Fiesta is here, and we’re ready to bring the energy, excitement, and community spirit to a whole new level! This year’s event will take place over three Saturdays and will feature fun and challenging workouts designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Each week, we’ll come together to push our limits, cheer each other on, and celebrate the amazing journey of fitness. With creative weekly themes, a vibrant atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow members, Fit Fiesta is more than just a workout, it’s a celebration of strength, resilience, and camaraderie. Let’s make this year unforgettable!

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads

30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
