About This Competition
The Ranch Invitational will be an event you have never seen before.
The event will have 3 workouts and one final event. The workouts will be revealed on the day of the event!! yes, you read correctly.
standards will be held according to the CrossFit open for all divisions.

3 workouts will be randomly selected from these pre-set workouts plus the final. you should be able to do all movements and standards.

50 wall-ball shots
200 single-unders
Men use 20-lb. ball to 9 feet, Women use 10-lb. ball to 9 feet

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups

Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.
