This event is organized by Swiss Functional Fitness and hosted by Muoata CrossFit. It is the third qualification event in the southern region of the 2021/2022 Functional Fitness competition season in Switzerland. Please read following description carefully!
--- COMPETITION SEASON ---
The event is one of four qualification competitions in the southern region. Each qualification competition consists of three tests:
Event 1: Endurance, Strength, Bodyweight
Event 2: Skill, Mixed, Power
Event 3: Endurance, Strength, Bodyweight
Event 4: Skill, Mixed, Power
Athletes have to compete in all six test categories in order to qualify for the Functional Fitness Swiss Championships 2022. Athletes do not have to compete in all four qualification competitions of their region.
For each test, a maximum of 100 points can be collected and will be shown in the regional leaderboard. Top athletes after all four qualification competitions will qualify for the Functional Fitness Swiss Championships in June 2022.

Date & Time
The event will take place the 10th of April 2022. Start time and schedule depends on registered athletes and will be defined & communicated one week prior to the event.
Tests
This event consists of three tests (Endurance, Strength, Bodyweight / Skill, Mixed, Power). Test details will be released the 26th of March 2022.
Divisions & Categories
Athletes have to choose one of the following division:
- NON-COMPETITIVE
(for unlicensed athletes without ambitions to qualify for the Functional Fitness Championships 2022. Requires a start authorization as described below)
- COMPETITIVE
(for licenced athletes. Only competitive athletes have the chance to qualifiy for the Functional Fitness Championships 2022. Requires a start authorization AND a licence as described below)
Athletes have to choose one of the following categories:
- OPEN (18+ years old)
- MASTER 35-39 (born 1983-1987)
- MASTER 40-44 (born 1978-1982)
- MASTER 45+ (born 1977 and before)
--- CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION ---
Citizenship condition
You must have your residence in Switzerland or the principality of Lichtenstein to register for this competition. The Swiss Citizenship is not required.
Please note: Athletes without Swiss Citizenship CAN participate and CAN even become Swiss Champion but CANNOT represent Switzerland at the Functional Fitness World Championships!
Start authorization
Athletes must have a start authorization in order to compete in this event! The authorization is guaranteed through a membership in an club or box who is affiliated with Swiss Functional Fitness or through a single membership of Swiss Functional Fitness. Single members of Swiss Functional Fitness must start as "independent" athletes.

Licence
Athletes with the intention to qualify for the Functional Fitness Swiss Championships 2022 must have a licence from Swiss Functional Fitness. Athletes without a licence can paricipate in the non-competitive division.
Please note: Swiss Functional Fitness will check start authorizations and licenses. If an athlete is registered for a wrong division or category, Swiss Functional Fitness will change that or even reject/refund an athlete's registration.

Registered athletes must accept and agree to the statutes of Swiss Functional Fitness.

This event will respect the latest version of the Swiss Functional Fitness movement standards.
