Workouts
6 Min AMRAP
20 Box Jump Overs
20 Thrusters
@6 Min to 8 Min
Max Synchro Wallballs
Rx: 24/20, 115/80#, 20/14#
Scaled: 24/20 Step Overs, 75/55#, 14/10#
Standards:
Box Jump Over: You do not have to stand all the way up at the top of the box. Must use a 2 foot take off for the jump for Rx.
Thruster: The crease of the hip must be below the knee. Must have a full lock out at the top with hips extended and head through. Failure of any of these standards and the rep will need to be done over.
Synchro Wall Balls: Synchro rep counts when both athletes are at the bottom of the squat with hip crease clearly below the knee. Do not have to throw the ball at the same time but ball must clearly touch the middle of the target. Rx and Scaled will both throw to a 10ft(M)/9ft(W) target. Must wait at the bottom for the other athlete to catch up if needed. If 1 or both athletes get called on a no rep, the rep will not count....just keep working and fix the issue so your reps get counted.
Score will be total reps from both parts of the workout.
If a tie breaker is needed to determine podium spots, the max Wallballs will serve as the tie breaker.

Rx: 135/95#
Scaled 95/65#
Workout Standards
Synchro Bar Facing Burpees: both athletes will be on the same side of the bar. Synchro rep will be counted when both athletes chests touch the ground. You must do a 2 foot takeoff over the bar. You do not have to jump at the same time. Can switch as needed until 10 reps are reached. If you get called on a no rep because of your chests not touching at the same time, you both must return to the side of the bar that you no repped on and do the burpee again. If either of you don't jump with a 2 foot takeoff or touch the bar with your foot, you both must return to the side of the bar that you no repped on and jump again.
Bear Complex: Each athlete has to do an even amount of complexes each round and can either do them all at once or 1 athlete at a time.
For example, athlete 1 does 3 complexes, athlete 2 does 3 complexes and athlete 3 does 3 complexes
or
Athlete 1 does 1 complex, athlete 2 does 1, athlete 3 does 1 and they do this 3 times around.
Standards to watch out for: The Power Clean to the Front Squat cannot be a Squat Clean. There must be a clear pause at the top of the Clean.
The Front Squat to the Push Press cannot be a Thruster. There must be a clear pause at the top of the Front Squat before the Push Press is attempted.
The Push Press into the Back Squat cannot be a back rack Thruster. There must be a clear pause from the end of the Push Press into the Back Squat and vice versa from the Back Squat into the Push Press.
Bar may be dropped on the last rep. If any of these movements gets called as a no rep, just that rep has to be done again.....not the whole complex. You're welcome;)
1 RM Clean and Jerk
Once the clock hits 6 Minutes from Part 1, athletes may start their lifts. If you have any rest between Part 1 and 2, you may go ahead and load your bar but may not attempt any lifts. Time cap is 6 Min for the 1RM.
Score will be the total of all 3 athletes successful heaviest lifts. You must declare you weight before you lift so the judge can verify.
Rep is counted when the bar is clearly overhead with feet in line with hips and head is clearly through the bar. You must have the bar stabilized before it is dropped. You can look at videos from the CrossFit main site for standards if you are unsure. If you fail the Jerk, you can keep trying to Jerk the bar without having to do the Clean over again. You may Push Jerk or Split Jerk.

Rope Climbs: Athletes can do legless or use their legs. Must touch the beam at the top for the rep to count. Final time will be recorded when the beam is touched by the athlete. Athletes may not let go of the rope until they get at least halfway down the rope. This is for your own safety.
(Scaled only) Sandbag Cleans: Sandbag will be cleaned from the floor and thrown over the shoulder. No reps will happen if the bag falls off the side of the shoulder and not behind the athlete. You do not have to alternate shoulders but it is recommended.
