Forge Fitness presents The Affiliate Showcase! This event, held at the FitExpo, remains a popular and exciting competition. Everyone competing in the Affiliate Showcase will be an inspiration and shining light to over 50,000 FitExpo attendees. Come out and be part of this great event and positively influence so many people.

To ensure the event runs smoothly, we must have an adequate number of judges. Each affiliate with a registered team is to supply one judge for Saturday or Sunday.

WORKOUTS:
WOD#1:
9 Min Total for Team of 4 to Perform the Following:
Establish 1RM Ground to Overhead for 1 Male and 1 Female Athlete
Establish 1RM Snatch (any style from ground) for 1 Male and 1 Female Athlete
Details:
2 Males
Start at barbell.
One Male athlete must establish a max Ground to Overhead
One Male athlete must establish any style Snatch (from the ground)
One athlete working at a time.
Once finished, Males will wheelbarrow back to rig and tag Female teammates.
Score is total combined weight of all 4 completed lifts.
Then,
2 Females
Wheelbarrow from rig to barbell
One Female athlete must establish a max Ground to Overhead.
One Female athlete must establish any style Snatch (from the ground).
One athlete working at a time.
All lifts must be completed before the 9 minutes is up.
WOD #2:
Begins 1 minute after WOD #1 is Completed
12min Cap for All 4 Athletes
25 TTB (25 Knee Raises for Scaled)
25 Burpees
100 Double Unders (100 Singles for Scaled)
Relay-Style, Any Order of Athletes
1 athlete must complete the 3 movements before the next athlete begins. Athletes will start at the barbell and will run to the rig to start their TTB. Time stops when the 4th athlete completes 100 Double Unders.

100 Deadlifts (135/95) (95/65 for Scaled)
*Men hold 135# barbell in standing deadlift position while Women work, and Women hold 95# barbell in standing deadlift position while Men work. Reps will only be counted while the opposite barbell is lifted. Athletes must hold the barbell at full extension, and must be inside the plates.*
100 Wall Ball Overs (30/20) (10') (20/14, 10' for Scaled)
*Synchronized Wall Ball Overs. 2 Wall Balls will be moving at the same time over the pull-up bar.*
100 Power Cleans (135/95) (95/65 for Scaled)
*Men hold 135# barbell in standing deadlift position while Women work, and Women hold 95# barbell in standing deadlift position while Men work. Reps will only be counted while the opposite barbell is lifted. Athletes must hold the barbell at full extension, and must be inside the plates.*
100 Box Jump Overs (24") (20" for Scaled)
100 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95) (95/65 for Scaled)
*Men hold 135# barbell in standing deadlift position while Women work, and Women hold 95# barbell in standing deadlift position while Men work. Reps will only be counted while the opposite barbell is lifted. Athletes must hold the barbell at full extension, and must be inside the plates.*
Only 1 athlete working at a time, teams can break up the movements between athletes however they wish; however, movements must be completed in order.
