About This Competition

TEST YOUR FITNESS


Three Workouts. Three Weeks. Performance & Fitness Divisions.

It's time top dust off your grips, headbands, and knee sleeves and get ready for the MID-YEAR MINI-COMP!!!! This is a chance for you and your crew to hit THREE very fun (and challenging) workouts across three weeks. Want to compete for a top-spot? Awesome...go for it! Want to throwdown just for fun with your buddies? Awesome...go for it! This is your chance to step into the arena and put your fitness to the test.

We will release workouts for this free virtual competition on 6/16, 6/23, and 6/30. Athletes will have one week to complete each workout. 

If your gym follows NCFIT Programming, make sure to choose your gym when registering. The NCFIT Collective gyms with the most participation will receive a gift card to Rogue Fitness!
