About This Competition
Our goal is to create a CrossFit competition for the regular everyday athlete at CrossFit gyms.
Whether you’re brand new to CrossFit, never have competed before, or someone who typically chooses to do scaled in your workouts, this competition is perfect for you!
Various local business will have tents at the competition to advertise their goods and services.
ADMISSION IS FREE FOR ANYONE TO COME AND WATCH! This is a dog friendly (please leash) and kid friendly event. We are also going to open up the front parking lot for the athletes and spectators to set up tents!
This will be a TEAM OF 3 (one males and two females) COMPETITION. Athletes will compete in RX or Scaled divisions.
Every athlete who registers will recieve a T-shirt just for competing!
Our competition will offer prizes to the top athletes, a t-shirt for every athlete, and various other prizes...

Athletes will complete a course as follows:
Athlete 1 - Run obstacle course, Mountain bike one lap, flip small tire
Athlete 2 - Run obstacle course, Mountain bike one lap, flip medium tire
Athlete 3 - Run obstacle course, Mountain bike one lap, flip large tire
Athletes will complete course as follows:
Athlete 1 - Run obstacle course, mountain bike one lap
Team - Flip small tire
Athlete 2 - Run obstacle course, mountain bike one lap
Team - Flip medium tire
Athlete 3 - Run obstacle course, mountain bike one lap
Team - Flip large tire
Follow the leader style
1:00 Row, 1:00 Rest, 1:00 Pull Ups, 1:00 Rest, 1:00 Wall Balls
Follow the leader style WOD.

40 Double Unders, 5 Wall Walks, 5 Hang Cleans (125/205), 5 Synchro Burpees
Each teammate will complete a movement and rotate after the synchro burpees.
AMRAP 10
40 single unders, 5 scaled wall walks, 5 hang cleans (65/95), 5 synchro burpees
Each teammate will complete a movement and rotate after synchro burpees
40 Cal Bike, 20 Deadlifts (95)
40 Cal Bike, 16 Deadlifts (145)
40 Cal Bike, 12 Deadlifts (195)
Each athlete will complete a bike segment and a lifting segment
50 Cal Bike, 10 Front Rack Lunges (95)
50 Cal Bike, 8 Front Rack Lunges (145)
50 Cal Bike, 6 Front Rack Lunges (195)
Each athlete completes one section of bike and one section of lift
