About This Competition

CrossFit 920's Rumble on the Bay presented by Verhalen, Inc will be a 1 day, all outdoor, male/female team competition held once at Capital Credit Union Park!

Prizes for all top finishing teams will be based on the number of registered teams.

Register by August 26 to guarentee event t-shirt

Divisions:

RX: Both team members are proficient in all RX Crossfit movement standards

Intermediate: Both team members have competed in a Crossfit competition before or are proficient in the basic movements of Crossfit

Beginners: First Crossfit competition or less than 2 years of Crossfit experience for both team members

Masters Scaled(36+): Both partners must be at least 36 years old

Masters RX (36+):Both partners must be at least 36 years old
