About This Competition

The Aruba Nationals  Qualifiers is your ticket to represent Aruba during the F3 Worlds, Teens and Masters Championships. The qualifiers will consist of 3 workouts, all released on June 27th. The qualifiers will be judged by video submission. Last day to submit videos is July 26th.




Athletes competing in Junior or Masters level competition must compete in the appropriate age group.
Athletes may not compete in "up" or "down" an age group. An athlete's age is determined by their age on
December 31st in the year of competition.

This in accordance with article 2.3.2 of the 2022 F3 Competition Rulebook.
