About This Competition

- $20 cost

- Pro, Intermediate, Masters, and Scaled divisions

- Prizes for podium in each division

- All workouts virtual and must be filmed

- No qualification (standards for each division will be provided)

- Refund and substitition on case by case basis

- Swag available for purchase (athlete discount for those who register)

 

Equipment Needs:
Rower
Jump Rope
Dumbbell (2x..RX: 65/50 ; Intermediate: 50/35 ; Scaled: 35/20)
Wall Ball (20/14lbs)
Barbell with Bumper Plates (Change recommended)
Wall for HSPU
Pull Up Bar (Bar muscle up capable)
- Band for Pull-Ups (scaled only)
Rings (Rx only)
Box (30/24/20)
Kettle Bells (Rx: 72/53 ; Intermediate: 53/35 ; Scaled: 35/21)
Camera for video purposes

Workouts

In eight minutes, establish a three rep max hang clean.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in eight minutes of:

RX: 8 Dumbbell Snatches (70/50lbs) and 4 Bar Muscle Ups

Intermediate: 8 Dumbbell Snatches (60/40lbs) and 8 Pull-Ups

Scaled/Masters: 8 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35lbs) and 8 Jumping Pull-Ups

 

Accomplish as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of 500 Meters Rowing and 25 Wall Balls. 

After the 12 Minutes - Rest 1 Minute

At 13:00, start Row x 2a

Row 1000M For Time

These will be two seperately scored events (AMRAP vs 1K Row)

They must be completed in the same period

1000M score will be for time +13 Minutes (AMRAP + 1 Minute Rest)

20 minute overall time cap

Immediately following Event 3 - Rest 1 Minute and then perform a 1K Row for time. 

These will be two seperately scored events (AMRAP vs 1K Row)

They must be completed in the same period

1000M score will be for time +13 Minutes (AMRAP + 1 Minute Rest)

20 minute overall time cap

Ascending DT

As fast as possible, complete the following work:

5 Rounds For Time (20 Minute CAP) - each round, go up in weight
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead


Rx (M/F): 115/75 // 135/95 // 155/105 // 175/115 // 195/120
Intermediate (M/F): 95/65 // 115/75 // 135/85 // 145/95 // 155/105
Scaled/Masters (M/F): 85/45 // 95/65 // 115/75 // 135/85 // 145/95

*20 minute time cap - if you do not complete during this time, provide overall reps completed. 

In 3 Minute Windows until failure
30 Double Unders
3 Burpee Pull-Ups
3 Thrusters


*If you complete all of the work, add three minutes to your total time - move onto another round and add reps. You may immediately start on the next round once you complete the perscribed work (ex. you may start the round of 6's as soon as you finish 3 thrusters)

*Each round, go up by 3 Burpee Pull-Upss, 3 Thrusters until failure
