Nepean CrossFit Lockdown Games
About This Competition
Nepean CrossFit Lockdown games
6 days of furious competition....... well not exactly.... but it does go for 6 days.
The lockdown games is an opportunity to get involved in some fun workouts with friends.
It wouldn't be a "comp" without a t-shirt, this time you can decide if you get one or not. (When you register, you will need to put in a t-shirt size, we will contact you to confirm if you still want it or not)
The cost to participate is FREE!
If you would like a games shirt, this will cost you $30
(the womens "tank" will be a singlet)
Workouts will be release progressively throughout the 6 days with plenty of time to get them done. (basically you just need to get them done by the end) We will also have some "fun" ones thrown in. (i know all workouts are fun but these will be extra special fun times)
Some workouts feature in our Regular classes, and some will take a slightly different look. ie they won’t all be fire breathing monsters.
Nepean CrossFit Lockdown games are open to anyone, not just Nepean CrossFit members. SO if you have someone in your house, or friend or family member not living with you that would like to join in, they are most welcome to.
There will be a leaderboard. Don't stress if you can't do a workouts RXd, everyone goes onto the leaderboard the same. This is purely for bragging rights.

Use things you already have at home, get creative. Get the kids involved (big or small)
Blue Dinosaur will select the one they like the best and send you a special prize.
4-rep-max Clean & Jerk
time cap - 20mins
Athletes who are unable to complete this workout as Rx’d for any reason can sub the barbell for a dumbbell or kettlebell and complete a 1min AMRAP.
The score will then be the weight lifted, multiplied by the repetitions in the 1min period.
You must submit this score as a scaled score.
i.e. if you complete 30 dumbbell clean and jerks in 1 min with a 22.5kg dumbbell your score would be
30 x 22.5 = 675
