FLEX Throw-Down 2024
About This Competition
Grab a friend and come join us for the ultimate FLEX throw-down! This event will take place on Saturday, December 14th and will feature branded lululemon merch, food, and lulemon prizes for the winners- which will be announced after the competition. You and your selected partner will hit the ring for a partner-style workout programmed by The Lab and MXT, so bring your A-game and get ready for some fun competition!
All athletes are welcome, whether you train at FLEX or not; grab a partner and come throw down!
$80 per team, $60 early-bird pricing! Only 15 early-bird pricing slots are available!

10 Devils Press
Max WB + Hand Release Push Ups
One partner working at a time until you get to the wall balls and hand release push ups and then both partners can work at the same time
The workout is over once 60 reps of wall balls and 60 reps of handrelease push ups have been completed
Cannot accumulate WBs or hand release push ups until calories and devils press have been completed
