About This Competition
Join us for a FREE team competition combining F45 and Apex / Blakely for teams of 4 in any combination e.g. All male or all female or a mix

9am arrival for 9.30 start, A full briefing will be given on the day
This will be a challenging but fun and inclusive Apex based competition consisting of all functional fitness movements, think Ergs, sandbags , dumbbells and more...... If you haven't heard of Apex before check it out here https://blakelyclothing.com/pages/apex-games

Teams of 4 - Any combination (All teams are scored the same so if you are out for the win think about getting a good even and balanced team)

Workouts
Duration: 15 minutes
This zone will test your all round functional fitness.
For 15 minutes, each team will have to complete the following relay:
Block 1:
20M - 15kg Sandbag lunges
Circuit Sprint
Block 2:
20M - Burpee broadjumps
Circuit Sprint
Block 3:
20M (30kg women/50kg men) - Sandbag carry
Circuit sprint
Join the back of the team and keep going until the 15 minutes are up!
AMRAP = 1 point for every completed block - per individual
Duration: 15 minutes
This zone will require careful tactics as each pair will endure 2 lung busting workouts
This will consist of:
Max distance row
Max distance ski
Between your team of 4, keep both machines moving to reach the furthest distance possible.
In 15 minutes, the aim is to achieve the highest distance possible and divide this by 100. Your score will be rounded to the nearest hundred.
You MUST complete the whole kilometre to obtain a point. If you don't, your point will not count.
For 15 minutes the team will have to complete the below circuit until the time ends.
- Bike Erg – 45 second
- 20 x Box Jumps (20inch women // 24 inches for men)
- 20 x Plate to Overhead (10kg women // 20kg men)
- Plank (hold until the rest of the team have completed their workouts)
AND THEN SWAP – CONTINUE THE WORKOUT UNTIL THE END OF THE 15 MINUTES.
POINTS ARE SCROED BY THE NUMBER OF CALS BURNED ON THE BIKE.
Duration: 15 minutes
This will be a test of team strength.
Working in teams of 4, each team will have to complete the following:
Ladder (1 - 10 - 1)
Deadlift at 60kg (regression available) followed by Burpees
Ladder split equally between the team members, completing 5 rounds each
After the ladder is completed
Team Synchro AMRAP in the time remaining
1 point per round
Round:
20 X Bodyweight step back lunges
10 X Bodyweight squats
5 X Push ups
