About This Competition

CrossFit 11:24 is excited and proud to introduce REIGN 2024.

On Saturday, May 11, REIGN will take place at CrossFit 11:24 In Marietta, GA. Register your Team of 3 to join us for a full day of CrossFit competition!

REIGN will consist of same-sex teams with (3) members per team. Teams can register for either RX or Scaled division.

Athlete Check-In: 7:30am EST

Athlete Briefing: 8:00am EST

*Workouts will be released before the day of the event but are subject to change based on CrossFit 11:24’s testing and discretion.*

Workout #1 RX

FOR TIME:

40/30 Calorie Row

40 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

40 Clean and Jerks (135/95)

*scaled (115/75)

40 BBJO (24/20)

40/30 Calorie Row

 

Time cap: 9 minutes

Workout Flow: at 3-2-1 GO, all athletes can begin working on the calorie row and burpee box jump overs. These movements can be done at the same time. Once row and BBJO are complete, athletes will then complete all clean and jerks in a “tag in and out” fashion. After completion of clean and jerks, athletes can then complete row and BBJO to finish in the same fashion.

 

Workout #2 RX AND Scaled

On a 10 Minute clock:

For total load:

5-3-1 Snatch

AT 3-2-1, GO, ATHLETES WILL HAVE 10 MINUTES TO ESTABLISH A 5RM, 3RM AND 1RM TNG SNATCH (POWER OR SQUAT)

ATHLETES WILL DECLARE WHICH OF THE 3 LIFTS THEY WILL DO AND CANNOT SWITCH ONCE TIME HAS BEGUN

SCORE WILL BE COMBINED LOADING OF 5 TNG, 3 TNG, AND 1 REP

45 Chin over Bar Pull Ups

45 Kipping HSPU

15 Squat Cleans (185/125)

 

30 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

30 Strict HSPU

12 Squat Cleans (185/125)

 

15 Bar Muscle Ups 

15 Wall Walks

9 Squat Cleans (185/125)

TIME CAP: 15 MINUTES

 

Workout #3 Scaled 

45 Jumping Pull-Ups

45 Hand Release Push ups

15 Squat Cleans (135/95)

 

30 Chin Over Bar Pull Ups

30 Kipping HSPU (1 mat allowed)

12 Squat Cleans (135/95)

 

15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

15 Wall Walks (shorter distance)

9 Squat Cleans (135/95)
