150 T2B 4,000m Row. Both athletes working at the same time but on different movements. One athlete on the rower and one athlete is doing T2B. Switch whenever if at all.Tiebreak time will be when you finish your T2B. Tiebreak is time you finish your T2B

4 Rounds 15 Front Squats 15 Over the Bar Burpees15 Calorie Echo BikeBarbell 135Split reps as needed if at all. If you finish under the time cap you go right into max HSwalks. For every 10 feet take 2 seconds off your time. If you do not finish with in the time cap add one second for every rep. If you fall within the 10 foot mark you need to start from the beginning of the 10 feet.

AMRAP 8 minutes 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 Double DB Devils Press12 - 9 - 6 - 3S2OH Directly into max reps of S2OHDumbbell (50)Barbell:Round 1 (135)Round 2 (155)Round 3 (185)Round 4 (205) if you make it to 15 Reps before the time cap you move onto Round 5 (225)Note the barbell is off the rack and can be re-racked as many times as needed throughout the entire 8 minutes. You cannot drop the barbell to the ground. If you drop the barbell to the ground at any point in time you are penalized one rep. You can split this workout up anyway you would like between you and your partner. The flow of the workout goes back and forth between Devils press and S2OH until you complete the last round of the Devils press. Then its all about the S2OH. You can ONLY drop the barbell at the end of the workout for the very last rep. Tiebreak time is when you finish your last Devils Press
