About This Competition

Join CrossFit BQE for FlexO de Mayo on May 5!

This is a same-sex partner competition with Rx and Scaled divisions.

There will be cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, male and female team/partner division as follows...
- $1000 for 1st place RX male and female
- $500 for 2nd place RX male and female
- $250 for 3rd place RX male and female
- Swag Bags for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Scaled male and female teams.
... all registered receive a free athlete t-shirt!


A portion of the proceeds to benefit the Salvation Army at 1151 Bushwick Ave, Brooklyn NY 11221.

RX - For time:

12 minutes to establish a Heavy Complex:
RX – 1 Clean + 2 Front squats + 3 Shoulder to Overhead
Scaled – 1 Clean + 2 front Squats + 2 Shoulder to Overhead

WOD 3: RX - For Max Reps

Total Time 14 minutes scored as 2 separate events
Partner 1: 7 Min AMRAP:
Buy in: 150 double unders
Then as many reps as possible in remaining time:
3,6,9,12,15,18,21…. ETC. Deadlifts (225/155)
Complete 10 wall balls (20/14) after each set of deadlifts.
Immediately following the completion of the first 7-minute AMRAP
Partner 2: 7 Minute AMRAP:
Buy In: 150 double Unders
Then, as many reps as possible in the remaining time:
20 dumbbell snatches (50/35)
10 toes to bar
